Not sure how the other barbers are at this place as I’ve only been here once but I did not have a good experience with MD (on Booksy) specifically. I made an appointment for 3pm which he confirmed on the app. I showed up at 2:50~ and waited for him to finish up his current appointment. After he had finished he went outside. I figured he’d be back in a few. I waited five minutes and texted him to let him know I’m waiting. No response. 15 more minutes go by and as I’m getting ready to just leave I see him walk in. He doesn’t say a thing to me. I go up to him at his chair and ask him if he can take me now. He says he was going to text me (but didn’t) and that he’s going to take someone else first. I tell him I’m kind of in a hurry. He insisted he would be taking someone else first. So I just said “ok no worries I’m just going home” and left. First and only time I show up here. I’m usually not one to complain as long as the service was provided. But I waited 20 minutes after my appointed time with no heads up or response after reaching out and then told to wait for someone else.

I called early in the morning to book a cut with Gabe, he said to come at three. I came and waited an hour only to find out that I didn’t have an appointment and he was booked for the day. I didn’t even need a cut urgently but he said to swing by. Unprofessional, wasted an hour of my time sitting in an uncomfortable folding chair.
