I went to Dr Ridge at a party for filler. I paid for a full syringe of filler. She did an amazing job and for the first time I loved my results. I was told I had a half syringe left by the doctor. I never received an invoice from the manager who swore she was sending me one. I called to schedule another appointment at golden aesthetics and was told my provider was no longer apart of the group. I never once received an email or notification that as a patient with product still on the shelf, my provider was leaving. I asked if there was any way Dr Ridge could get my syringe since she’s the only one I’m comfortable with. I was told at this time I only had a very small amount left according to the electronic record the manager made. So now I’ve paid for a full syringe and have no option other than to go with someone I’m not familiar or comfortable with. She refused a refund and swore I didn’t have half syringe even though my injector believes that I only received half syringe and have multiple people that can attest to this. I was majorly ripped off and will be warning everyone I know about the poor business management at Golden Aesthetics. I have also made a formal complaint with the BBB.

People and place are nice too bad my first Botox experience was a failure. I had been to a spa before coming to GA and was told I had heavy eyes and should beware of getting botox. I explained my concerns to GA about getting droopy eyes after botox and was told there was a lot of false information out there. So, I did it. Well I got droopy eyes that lasted for 4 months. Couldn’t apply makeup and looked tired all the time. When i asked what would you have done different the GA dr, told me I wouldn’t have given that large a dose. Well, I found a new spa and had botox done. I did not get droopy eyes because they did not over do it and injections were done properly in the right place.
