Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI have been to Salon Golden twice now since they opened, first for a facial with Lacy, and then a highlight and haircut with Melissa. My facial experience was amazing! Lacy is kind, passionate, and very knowledgeable when it comes to her work. I never had a facial before going to her and she made me feel comfortable and excited about my skin! Melissa has been doing my hair for over a year now and I will never go to anyone else. She is extremely talented and always does exactly what I ask, turning my hair dreams into reality. She is professional and great to talk to.The salon is very open and beautifully decorated. The chairs are comfortable and the atmosphere is exactly what I look for in a salon. I always leave feeling like a new woman! I have been to Salon Golden twice now since they opened, first for a facial with Lacy, and then a highlight and haircut with Melissa. My facial experience was amazing! Lacy is kind, passionate, and very knowledgeable when it comes to her work. I never had a facial before going to her and she made me feel comfortable and excited about my skin! I especially appreciated their creative vision while conceptualizing my hair goals and willingness to patiently walk through options. Both the cut and color I requested were particularly challenging, and I could not be happier with the results (they really exceeded my expectations on so many fronts). The salon’s interior is designed beautifully, and certainly with the comfort of customers top of mind, and the product selection is basically my new obsession. I especially appreciated their creative vision while conceptualizing my hair goals and willingness to patiently walk through options. The color is amazing and I love the cut! She did highlights, lowlights and base color(for gray).The staff is professional and friendly, the shop is clean, bright and well organized.
