First impressions mean a lot to a new customer. I called and made an appointment which she didn’t even ask my name until I said “want my name”? Then I get there on time and after waiting 20 minutes with no one close to done I left and went to a different salon. You make an appointment for a reason. I guess they don’t need new customers. Horrible customer service.

Loved the service, staff, and environment. They’re all welcoming and their gel manicure lasts long, stays shiny, and doesn’t lift at all! The gel selection is wide but if you don’t like the pallet they give you, theres a lot more in the back they they will bring per request. I also get my eyelashes done here too and they last for over a month!

I will never step foot in this place again. If I could I would give this place zero stars. I came in two days ago to get gel acrylic nails. The lady that did my nails was hacking, coughing and snorting her mucus in my face the entire time. I woke up with a sore throat and cough the next day. She also hurt me so bad with the drill machine and cut my skin with it… after she cut my skin, she went over that SAME SPOT with the NAIL FILE, and made it hurt even more!! I was cringing and so afraid every time she would move on to the next finger. I was also telling her that I wanted my nails shorter and she said “WAIT TILL IM DONE”. And when she finished, she waved her hands in my face and said “SEE!” I told you , you have to wait”. No matter how bad the service is I like to be generous when it comes to tipping my nail ladies because I know the struggle when you’re living off of tip money. And I just feel bad not to tip well, but I did anyways..I tipped her 15$ …a day and a half later, one of my nails broke and so I went in to get it fixed. (Thank god I didn’t get the same lady) but this lady was very stand offish and made me feel unwelcomed. She also didn’t shape my nail equivalent to my other nails. I’m just happy that she didn’t make me bleed like the last one…. when it came to paying she said “4 dollars” …. they shouldn’t even charge me to fix ONE NAIL that broke a day and a half later , anyways I didn’t feel like arguing over 4 bucks so I pulled out my card. She informed me that they don’t take card 🙂 OF COURSE NOT . So I left. Because I was so angry and so disgusted by my experience. I will never come here again.
