Critical: Communication, QualityHave been going to Gold Standard Massage Clinic for 5 yrs now. Excellent massage and customer service from the Charmaine. But in March 2017 Charmaine stop being my massage therapist. (no reason)!!!! Won’t return my calls ! I showed up for March appointment and waited an hour no one showed up and when I got a hold of them I was told a “friend had passed away ” ( I am sorry to hear that but a phone call to me would have been in order). Shortly there after she stopped taking my calls for an appointment and I tried to be understanding.Have been going to Gold Standard Massage Clinic for 5 yrs now. Gold Standard massage clinic is a very quaint and warm massage clinic! Charmaine is very knowledgeable and her technique is impeccable! The other Massage Therapists are amazing as well! I honestly don’t know how there can be ANY review but good ones about Gold Standard! The ambiance is amazing and welcoming! I will be returning again and again for the most AMAZING massages that I have EVER recieved, detailed, professional, and VERY therapeutic!!!

I never write reviews.. but this was HORRIBLE. I had my appointment set a week in advanced…the day of appointment I received by facebook message a confirmation of the appointment. My appointment was at 4:30 pm and at 3:30 they messaged me saying “We’re looking forward to your appointment”. I reached there and to my surprise the closed sign was at the door. I have a picture of the door for proof. A custodian actually opened the door to see if anyone was inside but there was NO one. I then messaged them via facebook and called them but NO answer from them. They WASTED about 2 hours of driving time to and from during rush hour. On top of that they do not answer. They have NEVER picked up my phone call and they only respond to fb chat whenever they feel like. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 stars if i could!!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews but, the massage and pressure was excellent. I’m a first time customer that called 30min prior and was able to get in and receive one of the best massages I ever had from Charmaine. I have found my new place to get all my massages, I will definitely return soon and I highly recommend Charmaine to anyone. They were very professional with great customer service, Thanks again.

I wouldn’t normally give 5 stars after just one session. But the professionalism at Gold Standard was top notch. My therapist was very knowledgeable which made my experience enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend this place. If its your first time or even if you’re a massage veteran. You’ll be in professional and experienced hands.

Its a beautiful place, with excellent service. The therapist are very welcoming, and great at their craft. If you have never been, you need to go. If you’ve been then you know like me that going to Gold Standard should become routine. The owner Charmaine has really created a special place. Shes at the top of her field in nursing and massage therapy. She was clearly destined to create such a great place.

I have now had two treatments at Gold Standard Massage Clinic. I model and stand on my feet for hours at a time, so I wanted to get a Sports Massage (and it was GREAT) The latest massage I received was a Thai with the hot rocks. I was literally in heaven during the massage!!. I think my therapist name was Charmaine, she spent an extra percentage of the time on areas I needed help with (neck and shoulders) and did so with true medium pressure which is what I asked for. Bottom line, both times I have been to Gold Standard, they have listened well to my needs and done a fantastic job. The rooms clean and ambiance was tranquil!!! I’m Looking forward to coming back soon!
