Tatianna was amazing! Very personable, kind, patient, and explained everything. It had been over a year since I had a wax so I greatly appreciate her patience and professionalism. I started to discuss how I never had acne in my life and suddenly when I turned 38 I had bad acne and how insecure it was making me feel. My experience was amazing. I’ve gotten Brazilians before but she was by far the best person to ever wax me. She really took her time and even got all the ingrowns out.
