I received hair removal laser treatment, my skin was burned by the laser. I got an appointment with their in-office Doctor and the owner. The doctor diagnosed the burns as a rash. After 6 weeks the spots lessened, but still were visible and it definitely was not a rash but an obvious burn. I could not show my legs for 6 weeks because the scars were so red and embarrassing. After waiting and trying to schedule a follow up appointment, I have been unsuccessful. This office is unwilling to work with clients and make sure they feel comfortable and satisfied. Poor communication, as it’s very hard to get a hold of them. The techs who worked with me over my treatment period were different every session. Twice I was forced to reschedule my appointments due to technicians not available because they had to work another location suddenly. Overall a disappointing and inconvenient experience. And, I still have hair growing, so this was a big waste of money.

STAY AWAY! I bought a package of two facials. Went for the first one. Went OK. Scheduled the second one, went for my appointment and they were closed. Called over the next three weeks and left no less than 10 Voice mail messages with NO RESPONSE! Finally got through to someone, asked them to have the owner ” Rob” call me, they said no he is too busy! Do not trust your face to these type of irresponsible people! If they are like this with a simple appointment who knows if they clean the equipment etc. STAY FAR AWAY!

Warning! Do not go here. I have had the IPL 360 treatment on my face and arms. My arm was severely burnt due to the employee zapping the one area three times! They have dropped the ball in giving me my refund that was agreed upon. Employees are constantly leaving here which is never a good sign. Save your money! One star was given because there was one employee I trusted but, of course, I was told she gave her notice.

This place is amazing! So clean and professional! Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable, she addressed all my skin concerns and made me feel comfortable! The results are great! I’ve had a couple IPLs and laser hair removal, after one treatment I can see the difference in my skin and hair reduction. I highly recommend getting a consultation!

Unfortunately I have not been able to receive their services due to their establishment being closed at the time of my appointment. I had an appointment for 3:45, I arrived on time and the doors were locked with no one insight. I tried knocking, calling several times and left a message indicating I was in the front. Moments later I went back to take a photo of their front door because they sent an email stating I missed my appointment. Well yes, I missed it due to your business being closed at the time my appointment was scheduled. Very unprofessional for a first time client. I waited until 4:15 and there still was not anyone in sight, I should not have to wait 30 mins to see if by chance they would answer.

Wow! What kind of business picks up the call by saying”hello”? This is how Joanna picked up the call on 11/14 /18. She also assumed that I am coming for injections and denied an appointment, and I never said anything about injections. The girls is unprofessional, hearing things and hardly understands English, and I guess she thinks that Gold spa is her residence.

Unbelievably unprofessional! Canceled my appt 10 mins before it was scheduled. Rescheduled me for a 10 am with a complimentary beauty treatment for the inconvenience. When I arrived the place was closed! They opened at 11. Not only that, they didn’t even have me scheduled for that day! I’m still waiting for my refund! Beware of this place.

Customer service is terrible – it’s ran by two bone head women. Didn’t want to tell me directions (because when you google maps the place, it takes you to the park a block away). They made me fill out forms for lip fillers when I wasn’t getting that done. And no one is ever around to answer the phone let alone schedule an apt.. Went there for a Groupon deal – won’t be returning.
