Great massage, but the serene feeling was short lived when the manager told me my 20% tip was no good, and she was expecting at least a 30% tip. When I tried to simply converse and explain my reasoning, she silenced me with a wave of her hand and ended the conversation before I could speak. With that one awkward encounter, I quickly went from being a potentially frequent return customer, to never coming back again.

The massage therapists are so pleasant and attentive. My masseuse kept checking to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. He was very thorough. However, I will not return. The front desk lady’s behavior overshadowed the good experience I had. From the moment we walked in, she was so aggressive and forceful, it was extremely distasteful. I felt uncomfortable and rushed around her. She kept telling us to be quiet the whole time and we were very quiet to begin with. Then at the end, I was tipping 10 dollars! But because someone else ahead of me tipped 11 , she literally demanded that I give another dollar. However, she gave the masseuse 10 bucks and pocketed the extra buck. The price for a 1 hour foot massage was $48 and she charged me $55. So she already overcharged me with no explanation. She is a bully and I will never return. I could’ve been a long term loyal customer but oh well. I don’t recommend this place at all. Yes you can try to bully people into tipping what you want but that’s a dumb move because you are DEFINITELY losing business and customers who could’ve paid you hundreds going forth. Hope that extra buck was worth it though 🙂

Unfortunately I will never be returning to this place because of all the bad reviews I’ve been hearing from other people. When you go in there you’re given a card that after its stamped 10 times from 10 visits the 11the visit is supposed to be for free and the owner never honors it and tells us to use it next time, and next time never comes, we are all in business to make money however it shouldn’t be our main focus. Greed doesn’t get you anywhere, she’s so money hungry and rude and all she’s concerned about is how much you’re giving as a tip and how much money are you going to spend. I have heard other horror stories and we will no longer be returning. We spent a lot of money in this place because the service from the massage therapists are mostly very good but because of the rudeness of the person in charge I do not recommend this place.

I had low expectations of this place after reading some of the reviews. But I went anyway and I’m glad I did. I literally had one of the best massages here! They don’t have luxury towels or fancy sheets, but they know how to massage. If you like deep tissue/sports massages ask for Peter !

Love this place, its a great massages for a great price. My husband & I come monthly for full body 90min massages. I like mine super hard deep tissue style & he likes a more gentle Swedish style and they do both fantastically. The front desk lady can be a little intense & brisk but she is nice & I think its a language barrier thing. She keeps the spa incredibly clean & has a rigorous covid policy including staying in your car till your appointment time, removing & sterilizing your shoes, taking temperature. Also they keep the temp nice & warm & have heated massage tables!

I patronized this place today with my mother and sister for the first time and while our massages were great and our Masseuse did amazing the woman who manned the front desk, who I assume is the manager was TERRIBLE! She is the reason this rating is a three star versus a 5 star. As we went to check out she mentioned the amount we tipped which through me for a loop and ruined my once serene state. Her exact words were “customers usually pay a $10 tip.” The shock was evident on my face as I proceeded to let her know how rude & disrespectful it was for her to even scrutinize the amount in which we decided to tip. All in all SHE TRIED IT and I will NEVER patronize this business again!

Are used to really love this place until they screwed up one of my massages and did a horrible job and are nasty and rude the manager behind the counter and then she was supposed to do a complementary hour massage to make up for their big screwup after I paid for myself and two other family members and have been a repeat client they treated me like garbage and she refused to do the complementary which was really what she owed me not even a complementary she owed me a free massage and she actually refused to do it she had nobody in the business there was one other person and she claims she was too busy I will never walk back in there again

My daughter brought me here for a Mother’s Day Treat. My first time going to a spa. The ambiance was very nice. Nice vibe. It began with a heated chair and a foot massage, pretty good. But, while doing the massage the masseuse was a bit rough I had to ask her three times to be easier on me. I’m middle aged my body already has aches and pains so the roughness aggravated my body the more. I felt more sore afterward and I will need to take an epsom salt bath. The manager was indeed very pushy about the tip. A tip is optional when PAYING for a service but, we were still leaving a tip in-spite of the rough treatment i experienced. My daughter was charged $160 ($10 fee for using a debit card added) she was going to tip each worker $10 she was holding out a $20 bill in one hand while holding another $20 in her other hand. The owner took BOTH 20’s. My daughter just let it be but, we will not be going back.
