Critical: QualityThe cornrows looked several weeks old on the day it was done. It was not neat at all. They tried to tell me it was my type of hair that was the problem. I never had a problem with my hair in any other shop. The owner took $20 off the price after I complained and tried to tell me she never got any other complaints. The website says differently. The cornrows looked several weeks old on the day it was done. It was not neat at all. They tried to tell me it was my type of hair that was the problem. I never had a problem with my hair in any other shop. The owner took $20 off the price after I complained and tried to tell me she never got any other complaints. The website says differently. Buyer beware. You’d be better off watching a YouTube tutorial and doing it yourself.

She completed my nieces hair in record time , so that we could get to her event on time that day.

I messaged the lady several days before my Friday appt and sent her a picture of the style I wanted. She told me it would be $160. When I got there, she asked me to see my hair, so I took out my bun (and my hair is like armpit length when blown out). She asked if i wanted twists with my natural hair or extensions. And I’m just thinking is this a real question? Why would I pay you $160 to twist my hair?! She looked at me and said it’s going to be $200 because you didn’t tell me your hair was so long. And I’m like, you never asked! I’m still wondering what the length of my natural hair has to do with the style I wanted, which is like 3xs my hair length. I wanted the twists to be mid back. She said she would do it shorter for $180. I said I don’t want it shorter, and thank you, and left. I ran back to my car and sat there for like 2 minutes because I was looking for another hair braided because I had to leave town that Sunday and needed to get my hair done. anyways, about 5 minutes after she texted me to come back and she’d do it for $160. So I went back. She then went across the street to buy the hair. I must say that she works really fast and my hair was done within 2 hours. My only other complaint is that today makes 4 days since I’ve had my hair done, and it started frizzing yesterday! Idk if it’s my hair texture (3c/4a) that made it frizzy so early, but I think it’s way too early in the game for that to happen!

I won’t recommend this salon for so many reasons. I went there with my own hair and she still changed me $180.00 for Seneganist twist. The hair got loose and they came out because she didn’t know how to do it. And she talked talked talked on the phone with somebody the whole time! She’ll charge you a lot but her job is not good!!!
