Critical: QualityI would like to say at the end of the day this is my fault. I am very submissive when it comes to services like this and I do not have it in me to complain. I even tipped a decent amount because it is the holiday’s and I know nail technicians rely on tips. As soon as I was in my car though and looked them over more thoroughly, I was shocked at how truly bad it was. Again, no guts to go back in and say anything, but I thought I would post a review for people like me who may be to afraid to complain. Don’t take your chances with this place unless you’re willing to make them redo it. I did show her a picture beforehand, referenced it a couple times during, and asked for a few changes until I got to the point where I knew it was ask her to take it all off or just accept my fate. The first picture is what I wanted, the second picture is what I got. I would like to say at the end of the day this is my fault. I am very submissive when it comes to services like this and I do not have it in me to complain. I even tipped a decent amount because it is the holiday’s and I know nail technicians rely on tips. The owner Beena is super flexible and helpful and does a really great job with my gel manicures when I’ve gone to her. Recently I’ve been going to Tammy pretty steadily for manicures and pedicures and she does a great job! I am so glad I found this place! It’s very close and convenient. The owner Beena is super flexible and helpful and does a really great job with my gel manicures when I’ve gone to her. Recently I’ve been going to Tammy pretty steadily for manicures and pedicures and she does a great job! Definitely have recommended this place to multiple friends and family and everyone is satisfied with their service.
