I found this place through Groupon and bought a package so in total I have done 4 facials here. They’ve been overall decent and they use a good organic brand but rough on my skin when doing extractions.

At first, this place rescheduled my appointment to another time via text at 12:20am the night before the appointment. When i arrived i was a little terrified by how old and dirty the lamp and the steam machine looked in the room. My cosmetologist would take the eye mask off me to show me what she got from my skin and tell me how horrible it is through the whole process which was insanely annoying. About 40 minutes after we started, she told me that it is only an hour facial and she has to stop working on my face because there is another client coming. I left this place with almost nothing done and just wasted my money. I do not recommend it!!

I honestly love it here. I come here to get a Brazilian wax and I’ve been to a couple of nice wax places but this hands down is the least painful that I’ve been to in all of them. The people are great products are high quality and they’re very clean. The system is very organized and I never have to wait for long but be sure to book early because they usually fill up at least 2 or 3 days before.

When you first walk in, the ambiance of this place greets you. The environment is very calm and relaxing. I have been to a few other locations for waxing and they were very painful. My friend suggested I try this location and for the last 2 years I don’t go to any other location. They are fast, efficient and not painful. They also have good package deals. The price point is not cheap like other places but it is totally worth it ! The customer service has been great in my experience and the owner is fabulous. I will continue going here and look forward to my facial experience.

Theresa is AMAZING ! I have had a few shares of bad experiences with waxing but this was the complete best by far. She made me feel so calm the conversation just flowed perfectly I felt comfortable and best of all it was not painful definitely my new wax place
