After reading the positive reviews, I decided to give Godwin Nail a try. I made an appointment for a pedicure and a gel tip manicure. I made sure to confirm that this was for the gel tips when I made the appointment. Again, when I showed up at the appointment I confirmed pedicure and gel tip manicure. When the manicurist began to file the nail bed, I asked them to stop because the gel tip manicure doesn’t require this. I asked again for the gel manicure…there was much confusion and they directed me to choose a different nail polish.

this has been my go to place because it’s not overcrowded, everything is spacious ,clean and they have easy parking, but it’s hard to make a reservation now because of their system and my pedicure today was disappointing. Was supposed to be a luxury pedicure with a 10 minute massage and it was rushed through. I was going to say some thing when I got the bill but they only charged me for a regular pedi. Still it wasn’t what I wanted. Amy knew because she then offered to give me a 10 minute back massage when I did say something , but that wasn’t what I came in for. Note I also confirmed what I wanted with a phone call because I changed the time I was coming in. She still didn’t get the message or do what was ordered
