Worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! I arrived at 10:00 am and they told me that they would see me in the next 10-15 minutes, I was waiting for 30 minutes when I was about to leave an employee told me that someone was going to see me and I decided to stay, an employee arrived He looked at my feet and I told him that I had gel so he could remove it with acetone and cotton but instead he did it with the nail drill to do the job faster, as a result my nails were weak and he broke my big toe nail with the drill making a hole in my nail, he insisted on putting acrylic on top of the hole without any extra charge for what happened, after that He just remove the color and cut the nails leaving them uneven, then he painted them leaving a horrible and unacceptable finish, he did not clean them, did not even remove the cuticle, I proceeded to talk to the manager about what happened and she offered to fix my nails again which she did extremely quickly without noticing a big difference. I will never go back to this place!!

It was my first time going and I got a gel manicure. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. It’s not nearly as expensive as other places I’ve gone and from my experience the quality of what I received was great. I’m definitely going to go back !!! Tbh I feel awful to not be able to give the name of who I had and I wish I had asked again before leaving. Station 13 you’ll be seeing more of me (*＾3＾)/～☆

I am usually happy with my results and I’ve been going here for months. This time was disappointing. She didn’t take care of any of my hang nails or cuticles and none of the excess dip around my nails was removed. Thick dip residue was also left under my nails when it’s usually filed down. I went with my mother-in-law and we were told 10-15 minutes. We arrived at 11:07, got seated at the pedicure chairs at 11:20. However, no one worked on us until 11:40. Both of the women dug into our toe cuticles and made my big toe bleed. We both expressed our discomfort and they continued. Normally, there’s a question asked or something, but nothing. The toe nail polish smudged and I told her about it and she removed only the part that smudged and repainted it… the picture shows how messy and smudged it STILL was because she didn’t remove the entire polish on ONE TOE, and redo it. She started my manicure and RUSHED through it. Again, the pictures show the polish bleeding over and the bubbles on my thumb nail.

The service was incredible. After signing in, they asked if I wanted anything to drink and made me comfortable. During my pedicure, they made sure water temp was good and that everything was okay through the entire process. My feet look and feel so much better! The staff took great care to provide exceptional service and quality. I’m very happy with the results and would bring family or friends, or a bridal party here because of my experience today. The salon itself is spacious and clean with several manicure/pedicure stations.

Busy but decent place! Staff is always pleasant. Pricing is on the affordable side. Been a few times now and can say while quality is hit or miss on the paint job, I honestly go for the massage chairs lol, so if all else fails enjoy the chairs for a cheap pedicure. Swinging back to quality, pedicure itself has been wonderful each time but the paint job can use work from a few diff staff, one being the young gentleman. So again, overall decent place but could use some attention to detail improvement.

Haven’t had my nails done in a very long time after moving around a lot. This was the perfect experience back! My technician was so nice and gentle and the staff was extremely welcoming and got me right in. The facility was very clean and I will definitely be going back! Manicure
