Came to the place to clean my eyebrows and left with more then half of my eyebrow removed with wax. The girl was completely unprofessional being distracted talking with other and doing my eyebrows at same time, after her mistake instead of telling me what happened she tried to covered it with tint (I didn’t asked for it) and makeup without telling me anything. I was keeping telling her that I don’t like tint or makeup and I decided to remove it myself and that was the moment I saw what she did. She was literally trying to cover her mistake without saying anything and letting me paying for it ♀️ The time I saw it I freaked out and of course I was super upset and instead of they calm me down they told me to leave the place yelling at me. Extremely unprofessional and terrible service.

Contacted nail salon when they first opened the lady was nice said she would find out if they have an appointments for today took my number down but never called me back. I called the salon twice an hour later and an hour and 30 mins later and no answer again. They could have called back due to them having my number and this would have been my first time going. Took my business else where and they did an amazing job. Worked out for the best
