I had a dip powder service for the first time and was recommended to me rather than my usual acrylic nails. The nail tech explained that it would be a better choice due to my weak nails although a little more expensive. I appreciate her explaining to me and her expertise. This is the best nail service I have received in a long time! I will definitely be back but I did not get her name…I hope the computer saved that info when I checked out. My nails look beautiful and I’m very happy with the service!

Terrible customer service. I will never go back there again. It was my first and last time. I didn’t get my feet or my nails done. The lady asked me to choose a picture and show them the color and the design that I wanted and when I showed them the color and design she said the first one was too hard for her, the second one was a clear coat with some white tips and some snowflakes in gold and she gave me a hard time about the color, then gave me attitude about another picture that I showed her and gave me a hard time about the colors on that one and all I asked was what colors do you think are similar to the ones in the picture and she had an attitude and drained the water and walked away and the lady that was going to do my nails walked away. Not once was I rude to them not once was I asking for too much. I was nice. I said thank you for your time I’ll be better prepared the next time I come back and I said have a great day and a small and I left. I don’t think it was asking too much to guide me on the colors.

Sweet friendly woman did a meticulous job on my nails! I just wish I could remember her name. I just know her mom is 93 years old and she or her son take her mom food everyday. Her mom lives with her sister. I loved that even though she had a strong Vietnamese accent her English is good enough that we could share stories our families. I love my Christmas red nails!

I took my daughter here for a pampering day. She got a child’s mani pedi and I got the deluxe spa pedicure. We both had a really enjoyable experience. My daughters manicurist took very special care of her and was very patient at she wiggled and giggled with the foot scrub part of the pedicure. She also had a very keen eye and was able to provide detailed little flowers on my daughters tiny nails. My manicurist gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I almost dozed off a few times during my pedicure. It was a much needed treat. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been here a couple times and I was satisfied with how my nails were done. (That’s why I’m not giving them 1 star) Today, I had a male nail tech and it took him 1.5 hours to do my nails. He filed them way too short even though I showed him a reference picture. Very upset with my experience today. Probably won’t come back. Acrylic nails
