Go Flawless Now has been my go-to for all my aesthetic needs for over a year now. Lip filler, evolve body contouring, microneedling… I have had the most amazing experience with anything I’ve tried!! My experience getting lip fillers with Gohar has been truly the best experience I’ve had with any injector. First of all- I didn’t feel ANY pain, because she numbed me using dental blockers (actual lidocaine injection). She’s the only injector I’ve ever heard of who does that. So the entire time she was injecting I wasn’t in any pain! And that’s a huge plus for me. Before the injection she walked me through every step and explained everything to me with patience and care. I LOVED my lips after she was done. It looked so natural and lifted without being elongated which was exactly what I wanted. She’s truly the best injector especially for lips and has the LIGHTEST touch. She also did dysport (neurotoxin) for me in my forehead glabella and crows feet and with her light touch it just felt like tiny pokes. I had such an amazing experience overall and I recommend if anyone wants fillers- look no further, Gohar is the way to go.

I’m writing this review as Gohar’s PA student. I truly couldn’t be any happier with my experience as a student. Gohar is one of a kind, dedicated, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. These are traits that I aspire to be once I am a practicing PA-C. She is an amazing role model and gave me a lot of autonomy and independence while knowing what my weaknesses are in order for me to improve. I didn’t know what I was missing until I came here for my rotations. Gohar let me practice some procedures on her and even guided me on doing lip injections on my classmate. It was a total success and I couldn’t imagine anyone except Gohar by my side. I had a surgery rotation shortly after being Gohar’s student and a lot of the surgeons were in awe and impressed by how I was so quick on my feet and always being two steps ahead of them. Just a piece of advice – come in ready to absorb information and do your due dillegence before, don’t expect Gohar to do all of the work for you. She is one of the best teachers but YOU have to be a respectful, motivated and disciplined student yourself. I have so much respect for Gohar and she always does what she believes is right. There were many times she said “No” because she knew something was not in her patients best interest. Her staff is AMAZING, they would brighten up my mornings when I would walk in and see them. I am very honored to be one of Gohar’s student. I couldn’t thank her enough.

I only trust Gohar with my face. She’s always done my botox but she suggested Sylfirm once and i can’t thank her enough for that. She used something called exosomes after the Sylfirm treatment and i’ve never been happier with my skin. My texture is gone and my face feels lifted overall (i had 3 treatments done). Gohar has really improved my skin OMG. I have acne scars on my cheeks from HS days. Gohar did Sylfirm X RF Microneedling on me with PRF injections and subcisions. My scars are so much brighter, improved, and overall better. People always ask if I’m wearing make up and the answer to that question is NOPE not anymore. She also did botox on for me and I absolutely love it. It’s natural because no one can tell I got it done but everyone can tell that I look more refreshed and brighter. It’s life changing, seriously.
