First off the staff are AMAZING! Professional, kind, helpful but most of all TALENTED! My girls, my mom and myself have been coming for almost 2 years now! Not once have I been disappointed! We recently took a family trip to Disney world and all got our nails done beforehand! We all had different artists wanting different designs and we all LOVED what we got! My 5yr old daughter wants to help work every time she is there. The staff are so nice to her and play along, letting her think she is working! I highly recommend GNO nails, if you want a place that is superior!

Reasonably priced. Cleanliness was okay. I would have to rate customer service poor. The nail tech I had was rude. I am bilingual, too, so I know when you guys are bad mouthing your customers. I will be back but I won’t be asking for the same nail tech. Cut me on the right side of my thumb, too. Left a 25% tip. First and Last from me.

The staff is friendly and professional! Absolutely fast, relaxing and beautiful art work! GNO Nails Spa did truly an amazing job. I truly enjoy going in there for many reasons. One of them is that I love the way my nails look but other than that I also just enjoy the company and the conversation and the energy in the shop. You can’t beat their prices and service! They are very aware of you and make sure that you are comfortable and don’t have a long wait. I went to GNO Nails Spa for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. Honestly one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Always happy with my dipping powder nails.

Best acrylic set I’ve ever had. They last for 3 weeks continuously without lifting or breaking. They are also fast, I was in and out in less than an hour. I will keep coming back here, not only because of the great service but also because of the kind people who work at GNO Nails Spa. People are always very polite and courteous.
