I’ve come to this salon since I was in high school, over 10 years ago. I’d say the last 6 months my experiences here have not been good. My most recent visit I came for just a simple manicure. Lynn made 4 of my cuticles bleed. So much that she couldn’t get it to stop. And instead of waiting for it to stop bleeding she just painted over the blood and dipped it back in the polish. That has to be against some kind of safety protocol. It was not hygienic at all. She also did it with the clear coat and cuticle oil. Their prices are way too high for the experiences I have been getting lately.

Nice staff, clean spa, efficient service! We did his and hers pedicures and were satisfied. They have many pedicure options and if you want gel or SNS their wall was full of polish options. Staff also provided us with colas and waters. I had a few preferences such as fully rinse off feet after soak and scrub before polish application. The tech responded positively to these requests, though I’ve never had to ask for these request at other spas.

I have been here a few times and every time is a vip experience. From the friendly people and the ambience is relaxing and comfortable. This is a great place to get nails and brows done. Wonderful selection and it looks good every single time!! They take pride in their work and it shows. Definitely my new nail spot! I also get compliments on my nails every where I go!

I’ve had bad experiences with most salons, being here for 3 years. Today I got my nails done here and I can’t say anything negative. Phoebe did my nails and was knowledgeable of what she was doing. Good customer service. No wait time. Drinks and rewards offered. Discount paying with cash.Fee with card,is the only thing I haven’t experienced at any other salon.u shouldn’t be charged a fee..Coming back with cash next time

I came here with my sister for her birthday to get both of are nails done. They quoted us 30 minutes. They started my sisters nails about 45 minutes after we arrived passing the quoted time. I understand how a quote time isn’t always exact because it is a quote, however I was not given any service until an hour and a half later! It was too late to get my nails done at this point because we had other plans for the day. No manager in sight and horrible customer service. Do not wait on the quote time you will be there for hours.

Very disappointed. Shop was attractive and clean and I wish my experience had been more positive. The gentleman who greeted me upon arrival was very pleasant and accommodating. The nail tech (Phoebe) never spoke one word to me, not even “Hello” since I already had conversations with the gentleman she knew the services I wanted. I was never offered a drink, nor to wash my hands after manicure before polish. Tips of nails are rough and cuticles are sore. Polish on several fingers are bumpy. I should have inspected before I left, my bad! I will not be going back nor will I recommend them.
