Did a lash extensions here and gave her a picture of what I wanted and it didn’t come out like it. While she removed the pads off my eyes she said to open my eyes but I couldn’t because the glue was stuck than she had to fix it cause some lashes came undone. She removed the ends off and my eyes was burning really bad but she still continued and just put eye drops. Then the next day my eyes got a little swollen but I taught it would go away. The next day it got swollen and itchy. I called to see if I could come in to take off and spoke to Hailey which she is the owner and she did my lashes. She said everybody all busy and she can’t take me till 5:00pm. Mind you it’s really bad and puffy and uncontrollably itchy, and teary but when you call to make appointment they accommodate you and ask if anybody can do for you. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Will never go here again or even refer people. Bad business! Had to have another business take her poor work off.
