I would highly NOT recommend this place!!! as soon as you walk in the spa or salon or whatever it’s supposed to be absolutely reaks of mold and water damage! i’m not sure if it’s because it’s on that run down strip but right away it’s off putting. The people they have working there are extremely rude and condescending! I asked some questions before I went back to the room and the person at the front was making it seem like she had someone waiting on her when i’m pretty sure no one else was there but us! She didn’t want to answer my questions so when we went into the room I was already super uncomfortable and irritated. The rooms are obnoxiously small, if you are bigger like me this place will feel claustrophobic! The service wasn’t bad just very awkward and uncomfortable I couldn’t wait to get out of there! For the prices of the services i definitely don’t think this place is worth your time at all!!! you can find better service, atmosphere and prices all over the valley! 3/10

This is a beautiful spot, way better than other waxing salons. Jennifer was the absolute best! It was my first time and I was nervous. She made me feel so comfortable through a painful process! Overall a great experience and had to share.

Critical: Communication, QualityI really didn’t want to leave this review, I even took a few days to think about it, but here it is. My waxing done by Maura was very painful. I’ve never had someone pull the wax from my skin before it was done drying. Also there was no type of soothing gel or anything put on the area after my waxing was done. Once I got home and use the bathroom I realize that she had ripped my skin in several places, and I was bleeding. There was also a lot of hair left behind. I really didn’t want to leave this review, I even took a few days to think about it, but here it is. My waxing done by Maura was very painful. I’ve never had someone pull the wax from my skin before it was done drying. Also there was no type of soothing gel or anything put on the area after my waxing was done.
