I have been to different salons through the years and i have to say Soleil is the Best tanning salon in Cartersville. The staff go above and beyond to help you. I used this salon years ago so when I decided to get a base tan this year. I went back, spoke to a young girl who went over packages & beds but never mentioned the hours of operation only being weekdays from 2pm -6pm. After laying once I tried several times to go back ( morning hours) but they were always closed. I finally called left voicemail and that is when for the 1st time the hours of 2-6 was given in the recording. Posted on the door is opens at 10am. I received a call back saying that they were sorry I wasn’t informed but they offer a key fob for you to lay before 2pm for $21 more dollars that the original $37 I paid for a months worth. I expressed in 2nd voicemail that I would like a refund and that had this been explained upfront I would not of chosen the salon in the 1st place. To which I was told there is a “sign” in salon that says no refunds. It’s a $37 lose but more importantly it’s a lost customer and a bad review. The owner charges customer for key fob over hiring an employee for business hours and when employees are present they don’t cover pertinent information. The person that did return my call did say she would speak with employees again but moment lost.

I can not say enough good things about Soleil Tan in Cartersville. I’ve been getting my spray tans for special occasions there for over 3 years now and every single spray has been perfect. I don’t know how Melissa does it, but the spray is always the perfect shade for your skin tone & the time of year. This time around I was getting a spray for myself, & 2 sisters for my wedding day. My little sisters had never been sprayed before and were a little nervous about the outcome & actual process. Melissa is so warm & professional; she made them feel so comfortable. The tans are always perfect, never streaky or orange, and wash off evenly as well.

Me and my sister got our spray tans done here, at Soleil, for her wedding tomorrow! She was very nervous and wanted to make sure we went somewhere good for her big day. We were highly recommended there so we went and we are both so happy with our results! This was my first time and I was nervous but she did such an awesome job and explained everything!
