My son had a haircut done last night from Glow Studios and it was the worst ever. The girl did not know how to deal with curly hair and we told her to trim the curls and keep the sides long and she chopped all his curls and used a machine on 1 on the sides. Had to sit 2 hrs with him as he feels so bad he doesn’t want to go to school for a month. It is a boy so can’t offer hair extensions or anything basically he just has to bear it. On top of this I had to pay much higher than expected somehow. They don’t know curls beware. Worst experience ever. If I could I would give minus 5 stars

I had the Best experience at Glow. From the second I walked in, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. My esthetician, Lydia, was amazing. She made my skin feel like it 10 years younger. Her facial was the best I have ever had and I will be seeing her regularly from now on. I would give 10 Stars…!!!

However, after having to rebook a second visit my experience has not been a good one. For the price I paid to get my wavy to curly hair cut by Alexa I expect to LOVE my hair and not have to go back to get fixes more than once. However, after having to rebook a second visit my experience has not been a good one. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGLOW is a great salon. Everyone that works there is so friendly and hospitable. We always feel very welcome. Our entire family gets our hair done by the ladies – even my 15 month old son (yes, he has enough hair for regular hair cuts!) and we always have a great time. Maddie is particularly special as we have known her for the last 7 or so years but everyone there is outstanding. Our entire family gets our hair done by the ladies – even my 15 month old son (yes, he has enough hair for regular hair cuts!) and we always have a great time. Appointment was on time. Friendly balance to a professional service. Spencer answered all my questions about style, hair care, made all the adjustments I requested. She was patient and gave her own opinion which was very useful as I was going for a new style + colour. She gave me a great cut and colour treatment. She was also very personable and great conversation; made me feel at ease as a new customer especially. Salon decor is trendy, welcoming, warm. I was offered multiple cups of tea!
