I cannot believe the service at this location. I never write bad reviews but I just had to for the service I received. My normal stylist was booked and I was unable to get a cut and blowout from her so I stopped at this location. For starters a wash, cut, and blowout took 20 minutes. There is no way to do a good and thorough job in that short of time. The stylist went so fast and was doing very large pieces instead of taking her time it felt like she was rushing. I attached photos of my hair and the last one is my usual stylist. You can see a vast difference my normal stylist takes 40 minutes and uses the same technique wash, blow dry straight then go over with a straightener. Why such an obvious difference? Will never come back. My hair was so frizzy and I will definitely be getting it redone once she is available.

Where do I even begin!? If I could rate 1000 stars I would! I came across Glowout Blow Dry Bar last year while looking for hair/makeup services for my bridal shower. At that appointment I had Danna and just knew that she would be my go-to stylist from that moment forward. Danna is one of the best stylists I have ever worked with. She is talented, trusting, professional, kind, and feels like a friend I’ve known for 10 years! Danna always takes the time to listen to my hair goals and style I am trying to achieve, and always ensures that she keeps my hair as healthy as possible. My hair has improved drastically since I started working with Danna. I cannot recommend her enough!

I went to this place twice for a styling and thought my hair came out great. But I had booked a styling for today with the same stylist I went to, and the day of, I got a confirmation that they changed my stylist to someone I didn’t know. When I called to ask why, there was no apology and they told me the stylist I booked is on vacation. I booked my appointment months ago, and was never told then. They wouldn’t have even told me today if I hadn’t called, and I thought that and her attitude were extremely unprofessional.

Melissa did an awesome job with my hair. I have very thick and long hair. Oftentimes, salons will just yank at it and leave me in severe pain. Not only was Melissa gentle, but she also finished my blowout pretty quickly. My hair was left so soft and beautiful. Would recommend her to anyone!!! Blowouts, Hairstyling

I had my hair blown out and curled and my makeup done by Stef on Saturday. From the moment you walk into the building you can see and feel you’re about to have the best experience. The place is decorated so nice and is very clean… it even smells good too! Stef did an amazing job on both my hair and makeup. From the comfy sinks to the top of the line products she used and her really getting to know what I wanted my hair to look like was an experience. My curls lasted all night. I’ve had my makeup done a few times but this was by far the best my makeup has ever looked. It was really perfect without feeling like i had a ton of makeup caked on. She was so sweet and patient with me too. I totally recommend pampering yourself some by getting your hair and makeup done here. I got compliments all night!!

I have been a loyal customer of Glowout since they opened and am SHOCKED by their negative reviews! Melissa almost always does my blowouts for me. Melissa is EXTREMELY talented and gives the most beautiful blowouts! She is also the absolute sweetest. Since Glowouts opening, I have also had Alexis & Emily do my hair. All three girls are lovely and equally talented. They are consistent and I have never left the salon unpleased.

Set up an appointment for my wife and daughter and they really enjoyed it. Unfortunately the women who was supposed to do my daughters hair came so late that Victoria had to do both of my wife and daughter’s hair. They were both very happy with Victoria and they will be back in the future.

Lady was rude and the service so bad! I called and schedule make up and hairstyle for weeding (guest) 3 weeks before the event. When I arrived there, she said she couldn’t do, did not have time to do what I wanted! I begged her but no! She didn’t want do! I had to call others place to try to find someone could have my hair done. So stressful! Horrible communication! They should have asked me what I wanted when I booked!

Meh. The hairstylist was kind, but my blowout did not stay put at all. I am happy to spend money on quality, but this service was not high quality. It seems like a waste of money to get a blowout that is undone by the end of the day, and I honestly did nothing out of the ordinary that would cause it to lose its oomph. The salon was also dirty–hair everywhere, rolling in tumbleweeds across the entire place. Yikes.
