If it’s possible to put zero star, that is what this woman deserves. She’s rude, loud, unprofessional and pushy to sell more expensive service, if I don’t buy the more expensive one, she refuses to use the steamer to clean my face under Classic facial. She says I only use hot towel to clean if you buy classic facial. This is the worst place, worst service. I had to get up and leave. She had collected the payment ahead of time and says she does not care. Don’t go there.

Kawana was so sweet and accommodating with me being in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. She did a classic facial for me and my eyebrow threading , she did an AMAZING job for both. I had my maternity shoot the day after and my skin was so smooth and glowing I am definitely going to go back . My friend also had a Groupon and saw her and also had a great experience .
