I have been coming to Ali for Brazilian wax since I moved to Chicago in 2013 and I have never been to another esthetician. The atmosphere is relaxing and calming. I absolutely love coming in for my monthly appointment. It’s the best wax experience that I have ever had. She is excellent at what she does. She uses the best wax in the world. She has a wonderful personality. Ali is very passionate her work and detailed oriented. I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.

Glowing Wellness Spa is an amazing place to receive Spa services if your looking for a holistic approach to healing your body and mind. Allie has an amazing energy that welcomes you and makes you feel like you have known her for many years even though you just met. She listens to your questions and concerns and guides you through whatever service your getting. I originally received reflexology for problems with my foot and then also went back to get a facial. I have never had a facial before and Allie took the time to really help me understand my issues with my skin. I highly recommend Glowing Wellness Spa and encourage anyone looking to feel better energy around them to spend some time with the owner, Allie!

I am in love with this place. It’s really hard to find people who do their job with love and Ali is one of those few people. I go to Ali for waxing and her work is immaculate, the best waxing I have gotten in my entire life. Her energy is very beautiful. I am liking forward to get a facial soon and I am pretty sure it would be amazing.

I booked an appointment on the Nov 2nd. Received the confirmation. Showed up to my appointment on time. I was told by Ali that I must have cancelled my appointment because I no longer have one. I explained that I never cancelled. I received two emails. One the day I booked and another one 24 hours before confirming my appointment. Neither email gave me the option to cancel my appointment online. Ali needs to figure out her system and figure out what went wrong on her end. Ali must of said , at least three times, that I cancelled it. Blaming me for the mishap. That is absolutely untrue.
