I love getting my eyebrows threaded from here! They are super quick with their service and make my eyebrows look amazing after. Not to mention, it is super close to my house which I love! They also have a punch card, which is a nice incentive as well. Eyebrow threading

I am from out of town and usually stay with family near this location when I visit. I’ve been to this place twice. The first time they did an okay job but the second time, I didn’t have a good experience. The lady that did my eyebrows was so slow and by the time she was done, I looked at my eyebrows and they looked like they were barely touched. I told her to even out an area and she looked a little confused and started saying a bunch of things in what I think was Hindi, which I don’t understand. So I had to say multiple times what spot and what side I wanted her to do. She cut me multiple times too and now those cuts are tiny scabs. I also had to pluck hairs that she missed. I wasted my time and money at this place. Not sure if I will go again.

I wish to give a zero for the rating. More than a service, it’s their behavior. They had worst employees and two of them mashed up my mom and my eyebrows. There was one customer who was listening to our heat comment. I had no bad feeling about this place until now but the way owner behaved today was even worst than their employees. So much arrogance and attitude. Prices are way more compare to others, which I knew but let go since this place is on my way, close to my home. Loosing customer due to the attitude is such a bad practice. She even lied at a point to cover her own behavior and employee’s mistake. What a pathetic experience I had. I never said before that stay away from this place, but today I would say that. She has so call male partner talking to me over the phone who was just repeating to cover their side. Stay away if possible. There are other places who makes but admits their mistakes and handle any situation genuinely and politely. Think before coming here…..

Eyebrow threading is always good here , I’m originally from Dallas and always went to my local hood one but this one is the best locally since I moved to The Colony, I went to another threading place in little elm and they left my eyebrows too thin and I think uneven & instantly regretted not driving to my usual place , Glow India, also they suggested the chocolate wax bc my skin can get sensitive instead of threading my full face which I usually liked doing but now I’m addicted to the chocolate wax and it smells so good and no harsh irritation afterwards. I will always come here 🙂

Agree with everyone else with similar rating. No waxing professional at this location, very unprofessional and you won’t leave satisfied with services.
