Kennedy was fantastic today! She made sure to talk me through my haircut every step of the way. I always knew what she was doing even when I wasn’t facing a mirror. She is so passionate towards her career and it clearly shows just how much she enjoys helping people feel and look beautiful. She gave me so many great tips for my hair to help me manage my curls. Just an insider, I haven’t been to a salon in 3 and a half years due to not having good experiences with haircuts but I caught myself saying omg the whole time there. She just kept blowing me away & I’ve already scheduled a second appointment with her to try something I’ve dreamed of doing for years. I trust her that much after today’s appointment.

It was my 1st time at the glow up salon. Super cute interior and clean. Dana Lackey was my stylist and was incredible! She was a good time and had a fun presence. I told her I wanted to cut all the dead ends out and give my curls some life and she did it. She made my hair look and feel amazing. Her station was organized.
