She was Very knowledgeable of what she was doing and made me feel really comfortable. I’ve been seeing Nikki since September 30, 2020. It started out with waxing (which I’ve let her wax every single body part and I haven’t touched a razor since!) and then I transitioned to facials … when I tell you Nikki is AMAZING in EVERY sense of the word … I mean JUST THAT !!! I guarantee you I won’t be going to ANYBODY else for body waxes nor facial treatments … I see her a minimum of twice a month (at least once for each: facials and waxes) and I somehow see myself there more than twice because she’s just THAT good! She’s the sweetest and most professional at what she does … she educates you as you go along, she’s gentle when it’s your fist time, and she’s open to answer any questions you have! & did I mention that the ambiance is amazing ??? Nikki Banks is definitely the best! Don’t spend your money anywhere else!

Nikki is amazing!!!! I always look forward to my monthly appointments with her. If I had time to go everyday I would, because that’s how awesome her customer service is. She is very professional, knowledgeable about her techniques and products. She always gives you her undivided attention making each visit better than the previous visit. Her business is very clean, inviting with soft music playing and scented candles burning to promote relaxation. I am always very pleased with my results. I was having problems with my face breaking out from stress and a few dark spots. My skin has made a drastic turnaround for the better these last 6 months with the dermaplane + chemical peel + hydrogelly facials. I can guarantee you will love it at GLOW UP, LLC as much as I do!!
