I have been using this place for many years. Honestly, the only reason I still do is because the staff is great. I do the top tier beds and they are rather expensive. 2 stand ups and 2 lay down beds. One stand up great, one like you’re in a coffin. One lay down great, one, the top slams on your head and gets way too hot with no air moving. I very rarely can get to use the one good lay down. In my opinion, if you expect people to pay almost $100 a month for a service, you should be able to provide equipment worth that price. If they went back to the appointment system they had during covid, a lot of the frustration could be alleviated. I bought a six month package but I think it will be my last.

The services range from tanning, custom airbrushes and a bunch of products to help enhance the tan! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been a patron at glow for about 10 years. Recently my experience has been horribly disappointing and disrespectful. I purchased the radiance package specifically for bed 10 and the facial lighting with a dermatologist recommendation. On my first tan I realized the main center facial bulb was not working at all. When I brought this to the employees attention I was told they were aware and it would be fixed that night. Since then I have returned days later,bed still not working. I asked if I can put my month on hold until bed is fixed because I only came for that particular facial. Now that I have spent $140.00 on there top package and lotion I am being told I can only hold for 7 days. Also very rudely told that “Angie the boss has not been in for like 6 months and I don’t know what to tell you,Angie is going to school to better her future”…this all could have been avoided by just telling me the bed was broken before selling me the package. I understand the no refund policy but the unwillingness to work with a customer or even put my account on hold until there equipment is working is unfair. I would have walked back out the door if I was told anything about this when purchasing my package..the main issue is the staff attitude and lack of management,sorry girls but this place has really gone down hill in the past years sorry to say.Service: TanningI have been a patron at glow for about 10 years. I have been a patron at glow for about 10 years. Recently my experience has been horribly disappointing and disrespectful. I purchased the radiance package specifically for bed 10 and the facial lighting with a dermatologist recommendation. On my first tan I realized the main center facial bulb was not working at all. SIX STARS IF I COULD. I couldn’t say anything negative if I tried. There are a few different beds to choose from; each with a different level of intensity. There are also standing models (my fave). I’ve used them all and my tan has been consistent. This place is very, very clean from floor to ceiling. The beds are sanitized after each use, and they never miss on that. I love the 10 min tan sessions. It’s more than enough time in the strong bed for me. Highly Highly recommend.

I love this studio. I have been coming here since February and am very happy with the services and staff. Pam is the nicest woman who always takes time to talk to her clients. All of the other girls are very polite and professional as well. 5 stars.

Had a spray tan done yesterday, nothing turned out, except my hands and feet are Oompa Loompa orange, I exfoliated prior and waited the time before rinsing for a dud. Will be contacting someone! Tanning
