I absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve met Alex & her parents and they are the sweetest people. I always feel comfortable and at home here. Any time I have ANY questions about how to improve my color, what lotions to use, how to use their brand new beds…they’re always there to help. They are super knowledgeable and care about my experience and results. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful salon. The renovations they’ve done and the new beds they’ve gotten are very impressive! Highly recommend this salon to EVERYONE!!!

The service is horrendous, the beds are dirty, and the prices are way to high. They hire people who have no idea how to use the equipment or the computer system, and not to mention have no concept of customer service. One of the stand ups has 2 bulbs out, they changed every other bulb to save money and they are black at the top & bottom of the bulbs. When I reported the bulbs were out to Sarah she practically cut me off mid sentence as if she was aware of it already, but said she didn’t know. The bulbs are still out BTW. Sarah is RUDE and never smiles or acknowledges the customers. I will never buy another membership there once my package is over. Save your money and go somewhere else.

After having been a customer for 6 years I took my business elsewhere. Month after month there were billing issues (not on my end), with zero resolution, despite being promised the owner would call, twice. Furthermore, the girl who is there most days has no customer service skills and is beyond rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this spot.
