I’m a little confused about the previous ranting about the bad experience at Glow salon. I’ve been going there for many years and I can tell you it is one of the nicest and cleanest salons I’ve ever stepped foot into.The owner is super nice and she maintains her beds Immaculately. I’ve used all of the beds in that salon and I can honestly say that each and everyone of the beds works to perfection. Not only is the owner super nice, the staff is incredibly nice also. I guess you could say that there is a reason glow tanning and boutique has been in business for so long. Every other tanning bed in the area has closed down, and that should tell you something. Also, they give the best spray tans in the area. They use the Norvell system and every person I’ve seen including myself has loved it. there is no orange tent to the skin and it looks beautiful. Ask for Mandy, she does an incredible job.

My experience at Glow Tanning Boutique was probably the worst tanning experience I have ever had…. I walk in, the woman behind the counter is casually talking to a man (possibly a customer), and the only greeting I get is _ “whats your name?”. I explain that this is my first time at this particular salon. Instead of trying to sell me on the salon or tell me anything beneficial she just asks if I’d like to buy a package or a single session. She was just very short and rude. I ended up forgetting my goggles at home and having to purchase the disposable 50 cent paper goggles, which was not a problem. I totally understand the importance of proper eye protection. The bed was disappointing, half of the “features” did not even work. After leaving, I then realize she charged me $3.00 for the disposable paper googles… which should have only been 50 CENTS. I only went to such a small run down looking tanning salon because a co-worker recommended it…HUGE MISTAKE..I will NEVER return. I will gladly take my business back to Palm Beach Tan. This place BLOWS.

I came in last week to use the tanning beds. I let the front desk person know I was getting married and it was my first time. When I told her I would do a level 1 bed, she asked me if I wanted to go in for 15 or 20 minutes. I told her I guess 20? She told me which room to go in. I had to come back out and ask for eye protection and how to start the bed…she didn’t give me any details or instructions. I got so burnt and I’m now starting to peel a couple days before my wedding. I talked to multiple people about my experience and everyone who goes regularly tells me you should only stay in for 10 maybe 12 minutes tops. I should have looked into this myself before going. I just expected the people who work here to advise me on how much exposure I should get, especially when I told them it was my first time. Just really dissapointed in how unprofessional the front desk person was.

I was sold 10 visits for over a years time. I purposely saved 6 of them for a winter cruise that I had already booked so I know they told me a year. When I went to use them they said they were only good for 6 months and refused to honor them. They said they had expired 2 weeks ago. There was literally no one there using the bed. I will never use them again or Recommend them to anyone.
