First off the studio space is so calm and relaxing, beautifully decorated! Lisa, who was a nurse so she knows her stuff, answered all questions I had prior to my visit on the process before during and after. First she applied numbing cream to my entire face for the microneedling. While you wait 30 to 45 minutes for the numbing to take effect you just sit and chat and it is wonderful! The numbing cream definitely works. Then the microneedling begins. I’ve never had this done I had no idea what to expect but it’s pretty painless! A few bony parts of the face smarted a little bit but that was very few. Right under the eyes was not painful at all! Lisa talks you through everything she is doing before she does it so you are fully aware of what is going on. When you are done she lets you take a look at your face and explains the recovery process which was also explained prior to my visit. Literally 2 to 3 days after the procedure you could not tell anything had been done as a majority of the healing process was done. Hyaluronic acid is good for skin right after this so lots of moisturizing was taking place in my beauty routine along with sunscreen daily. Each day I started to see my skin looking better and healthier. I am looking forward to my next visit for sure! After microneedling we did a little bit of Botox in the crows feet area. She is very good at injectables and again explained everything she was doing and what I should do for aftercare. If you have not tried microneedling I definitely recommend it! And I recommend going to Lisa for all of your beauty needs! You will love her and her cuteness! She has fantastic energy and loves helping people and making their skin healthy looking!
