Well I don’t usually rate low but I was asked to rate and had to be honest. I booked an appointment with Angela from the Varo app which was super convenient and stated that the Brazilian Wax that I booked cost $45 . Which is why I booked because it was cheaper than most spots I’d been to. Once I’m there, I was passed off to another girl named Monica which was no problem at first. Until I was charged $70 at the end of it which came to $80 because I make sure to always tip. It’s super frustrating to go in thinking you’re seeing someone and paying a certain price, then get bamboozled into a totally different person with a totally different price. Won’t be returning.
