At Brianna’s booth this last time, I saw eyebrow tinting available as a service. I have naturally light and sparse eyebrows so I always shade them in. I inquired to which I feel like I was led on with what it actually did. Rather, she slapped some drug store dye on my eyebrows (around my eyebrows too) and walked away for about 5 minutes later. When she wiped them off, I lost any eyebrows I initially walked in with.

I contacted the salon to schedule cut and color for my daughter. Rosey was wonderful on the phone and my daughter was so excited to book an appointment with her. Rosy requested we send her pics of the desired hairstyle and my daughters current cut and color. We did so and NEVER heard back. I called multiple times with not even an answer. I text multiple times to try and confirm our appointment we discussed. Not even one word of a reply. If rosy cldnt do my daughters hair, all she had to say was no. Don’t waste other people time and energy to just ignore them. Not cool or professional at all.

Glow is simply the best place EVER. I gave it 4 stars in my last review because, I was pouting that my stylist of 15+ years moved. That was very unfair of me. These are PROFESSIONAL STYLISTS, so don’t walk in with a picture of a cut and expect to get it. They take into consideration the shape of your face, the color of your skin and most importantly, your hair. They’ll try to get you as close to your vision as possible, but they’re not a cookie cutter salon where you simply show a picture, get the cut and go home in tears because it doesn’t suit you. I REALIZE that I shouldn’t have dinged the establishment over Sarah’s moving. They miss her too. The ladies were more than careful with the Covid situation, much better than any other establishment I visited. I now use Dana or Suzette since Sarah’s gone but honestly, I don’t think that you could go wrong with any lady in the shop. Because, ALL stylists know my name, Glow is my version of Cheers. You can have beer, wine, mimosas or soda. It’s just the best place EVER. You simply can’t go wrong, they won’t let you.
