I went there specifically for a blow-dry straight, and she left me in the hairdryer while she chatted w her friend. I thought, Ok, she’ll flatiron my hair. Then, she forgot I said blow-dry straight (3x), became defensive and accused me of stating that I wanted my hair curly. Why would I go in curly only to come out curly?

What I received was definitely not the hairstyle of a cut past my chin we discussed – it is so short I can barely put it behind my ears!! I was so disappointed – it will take 6-8 months before I will be able to do something to fix my hair.
