This is a quantity over quality establishment. The technician couldn’t get me out of the chair fast enough. I walked in with pictures of what I wanted and they said they could accommodate my request of light pink coffin shaped nails. I decided pink and white would be a better option and the technician was natural. I’m used to a wider verity of options for pinks in the pink and white ambe style so when they said they could not give me a lighter pink (a more natural pink) I let th technician continue. This would not be the only disappointment in the session. The speed and skill used to apply my new set was done in record time. She used large globs of product and the level of care was so sorly lacking you could have just heard the mental sigh of discontent. I paid my tab just to get out of the path of “I don’t care to be here or do this” vibe. I’m writing this review with tears in my eyes wondering why this was such a highly rated salon.

I love John & his wife. They are the best for acrylic and gel polish. Pedicures are ok. Just make sure you are clear if you don’t want your nails cut very short.

My daughter and I got pedicures today. The tech’s doing our toes did the bare minimum and were definitely having a conversation about us in their language. Just not the feeling you want to have when going to have a relaxing service done. We originally went across the road but they had a 30 min wait, so we opted to leave and come here. As it turns out, there probably was a good reason why people were waiting at the other place, we should have stayed and waited too.

Went here for the first time today for a pedicure. This is very likely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. “Mike” was my tech, and I would not recommend him. The job was rushed. He didn’t even cut or file straight. If you are looking for a super fast experience and you don’t care what it looks like, this is the place for you. I’m only giving it two stars because the place was clean and had no wait on a Saturday afternoon.

I have been dealing with an ingrown toenail for almost a week making my day today activities harder not being able to move around. I was skeptical at first go into a nail salon, but I can honestly say that after this experience, I would be going back to see Don and everyone there because they’ve helped me out. I just wanted to share my experience I went in yesterday to get a new set, my day off of work wanted to relax. let’s just say they ripped half of my nail off she didn’t say sorry she said oops and put nail glue on my blood. also i have ingrown skin underneath my thing I said something and she made my nail so short where it hurts everytime i do anything. She didn’t care! I hope this place gets shut down. now i have a new set and two of my fingers are sore from it.

i typically go to glow for all of my sets, but today i went to get a set after i had gotten off and was there for TWO HOURS. There were people who had gotten there after me that got helped before me and left before my set even really got started. They are normally pretty good, depending on who you get.
