Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value1. I was overcharged with a full set of nails2. I asked for a manicure at first. Then I told them nvm I would like to have a full set and pedicure Instead, this was before I got into the chair! But they still charged me for a manicure + full set for $41 dollars, which I did not ask for! The next day I found out that a full set was supposed to be $25 dollars.3. I was not aware of any price before I go my nails done4. Since I had my nails, I have had some nails come off due to there not being enough glue on them in the first week.5. They were confused about what I asked for when I said multiple times I wanted a full set, which was advertised for $25 dollars. The next day I went back and asked them why they charged so much, and they said they charged me for. Mani+ full set, which I did not know about. And the guy told me that I requested a mani that came with a treatment and a hand massage, which I did NOT GET! I did not like how the owner was very arrogant about the situation. I still did not get some of my money back due to a Lack of service! Despite everything, the lady that did my nails was very nice!6. I HOPE someone has a better service experience than I HAD! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy friend told me about their special on Monday and Tuesday’s and her great experience. With that said I work both days so I said I would still stop to try them out when I could. I was a walk in and was greeted by the first nail tech I saw she asked what I came in for and handed me the the nail sample’s to pick my color. I maybe sat down for 2 mins at the most, also let me add every tech in there was working on someone so with that said I didn’t wait long at all. The sweet young girl that I got was very nice and spoke to me in English. No disrespect for another language but I appreciate that I can understand them when they ask me something about what they are doing. She does a great job a little rough on the cuticles though, but gives a great deep massage on your legs. I actually started chatting about my tattoos and puppers great to do when your in the salon for a couple hours. I did get the $30 pedi and it was worth it. Next the same tech did my hands I got gel polish. Let me tell you this was the best manicure I’ve gotten in a long time. She took her time and made sure every finger was perfect. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Oh the BEST part I was offered two glasses of wine and drink them both. I was also given a 10% off on my next visit. The salon was clean top to bottom. My friend told me about their special on Monday and Tuesday’s and her great experience. With that said I work both days so I said I would still stop to try them out when I could. I was a walk in and was greeted by the first nail tech I saw she asked what I came in for and handed me the the nail sample’s to pick my color. She went through each stage meticulously of exfoliation, moisturizing and the finished polish. She did such a great job on my pedicure I will definitely come back again.Service: Pedicure

The place is very clean , bright and inviting. Everyone including the owner were very friendly , customer oriented and made me feel like a queen on my birthday. I absolutely loved my first experience at Glow Nail Lounge. Sara did an amazing job on my gel manicure and the deluxe pedicure. The place is very clean , bright and inviting. Everyone including the owner were very friendly , customer oriented and made me feel like a queen on my birthday. Thank you I would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to go back.

Lula will do whatever you ask and if you’re unsure, Lula offers suggestions without any pressure. Before moving here, I had the same technician for 25 plus years…I was hesitant to find a new technician, even thought about driving back to the city I came from. Everything is excellent from being greeted at the door, experienced nail technician, Lula is awesome, to drinks being offered, spotless salon, service prices are extremely fair and relaxing atmosphere. Lula will do whatever you ask and if you’re unsure, Lula offers suggestions without any pressure. Before moving here, I had the same technician for 25 plus years…I was hesitant to find a new technician, even thought about driving back to the city I came from.
