My face got infected went back and waited 2 and a halve hours in the lobby and would not be seen. Ended up going to Gallagher Plastic surgery and they had to drain my face and put me on antibiotics. After several trips at my expense. I Asked for a refund to help pay for the screw up and no response! Now I have to go back to fix two large indentations in my face. This is all because of what went wrong and done wrong. All at my expense. Be careful !!! And I have proof !! Gallagher took pictures. Have you forgotten that you called me in antibiotics when I came back to you, and it took me 2 days to get them ? With all of this , all I asked for was a refund.

Amazing Place! I have been going to Glow for about 7 years now. I generally get the Botox, Juvederm , and CryoCorrect. Shirley is a competent, knowledgeable and caring professional. The office is so clean and sterile, too. It is interesting to note that before I went to her Practice, I tried Botox at a Dermatologist office. The results were not as good (by far) and definitely not as long lasting, and it cost more! Shirley takes her time with you, and is so wonderful about making suggestions if you have questions. We are all going to get older….but why not look good as you get there?! Thank you Shirley and family! You are wonderful!!
