The worst experience of my life. They don’t even greet you when you arrive. I scheduled an appointment with yaniris and got there 15 min earlier and the salon was packed and I was still waiting over 2 hrs and never got my color done because the lady they have answering the phones doesn’t know what she’s doing. They don’t even have a receptionist. It’s one of the stylist answering the phones. She gives appointments knowing that they are over booked. It’s ridiculous and very very disappointing. So unprofessional and rude. I got up and left and I will never come again. My time is not a joke and they don’t take you serious.

I started by following Yarniris on IG was always curious about going to her but I took the chance in May when I needed someone to do my daughter’s hair for her 1st communion and she was so professional. she did an awesome job!!! I went back to her recently to give myself a new look and she definitely did exactly what I wanted!!! Her and her staff were awesome!!! would recommend her to anyone !!!

I had a horrendous experience at another salon. I asked for balayage and they gave me 2 different tones for my roots and green ends. Yaniris did an amazing color correction and cut the ends. There is a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it.

I have always been afraid to have my hair cut until I came to Yaniris! She has done wonders with my hair! I have gone from log to short and back to log again! This is the best salon I have been to! No regrets! Highly recommend it!

Unlike the negative comments i have read, i had very good experience. The wait was long but it was definitely worth the wait. I also had one experience in which my hair color looked dull and i was not happy with it. I called her the nxt day and she asked me to come in that she would fix it, and yaniris fixed it at no cost.

I cant described how dissaponted i was couple of days later after washing my hair. My hair turned blue gray from a blond color dyed i got done here. I bought a shampoo here for blond color, blue shampoo and that was rhe worst thing i did. My hair color turn blue green. Horrible. I went back the next day and the owner said to me that it was fine my hair was Ok no color effect from the stupid shampoo she sold to me i gave her back the shampoo not even try to fix the my hair she was not interested. Nightmare for me rhat day. I had to pay more money to some one else to fix it because my hair looked it like rainbow brite.never again especially when you have a special event wont try a new place in my life
