Highly recommend. Beautiful, clean atmosphere, friendly & professional staff (Dr. Yam, & his team- amazing!!)- All of this is an understatement. My experience there was awesome. I drove over an hour, & I would do it again for this level of service. Lastly, the place is a little tricky to find- they’re in the “Old Post Office”!

Paola is magnificent! This was my 1st facial since the pandemic and everything was clean and sterile. I used to go to their previous location as well, but their new location inside the Ridgewood old post office is not only beautiful but open and airy. I had the foot facial and oxygen facial and both were relaxing. Paola did an excellent job and was attentive to ask how I was feeling throughout. My skin and soul received the well needed rejuvenation after the hectic year we’ve had. Treat yourself and book an appointment here. I will be back as soon as I can!

I came to NLVI because I had some issues involving veins around my ankles. After filling out my paperwork, I was escorted into an immaculately clean examining room. I was given disposable “shorts” and “booties” to put on. The ultrasound technician (Gracie), who was very friendly, helpful, and thorough, masterfully spent 20 minutes directing me through multiple “poses” so as to obtain the best vein and artery images of not only my ankles, but all the way up to my thighs for completeness. When she was done, she called Dr. Yam in. He was extremely nice, friendly, and knowledgeable of the subject matter. He was in no rush and carefully explained all the ultrasound findings and medical issues to me, answering a plethora of questions that I had. In the end, it turned out that I did not need any further treatment or medical procedures and as a man of apparent great integrity, he told me why—-never trying to suggest more procedures just to create more business for his office. I would give him, Gracie and the office a perfect “10” for service.

Caring and lovely person. Very clean rooms, and Very positive atmosphere right from the moment You entering. Reasonable prices. Very happy I found this place. I would highly recommend!

My first experience last year for fillers was nice the results were natural looking and the dr and staff really nice. This year has been disastrous I have tried getting price and appointments for months. From out of stock to we will call you back to eventually Dr retire and we now have anew person but we still can’t give you time and when finally after calls and calls they are ready to do it they are now changing the price saying that what they quoted was the wrong size syringe. Really???? Oh and id I mentioned they lost my file? Go to a real plastic surgeon or center.

Excellent bedside manner . Treats his patient with respect . Very knowledgeable in his field and explained everything to my mom before and after vein procedure. Very caring . I highly recommend this doctor and facility if you are in need of a vein procedure. Staff as well is very courteous and friendly . Nice atmosphere and very well kept. I know my mom is finally in good hands after visiting many vascular surgeons for her.
