I got my hair done about a month ago, and recommended my mom to it. She went last week and she noticed that her hair is turning purple which is weird because she got blonde highlights, so we went today and we asked her why was it turning this color or how can we fix it, then her son comes from the back and comes at my mother very aggressively saying don’t lie then which I respond saying there is no reason for us to lie, then he starts saying that it was the shampoo that turned her hair like that, we had purchased the shampoo from them, and so I ask what happens if the hair doesn’t change to blonde, he then tells me that he knows what he’s doing and it’ll turn back in two weeks. Which is very unprofessional, when she got her hair done she wasn’t told that there will be any possibility for her hair to change color, he said he will not be able to help us because the shampoo will change it back. If I could leave no stars I would. I did not have a bad experience with them but for them to treat my mother like this, it is very unprofessional.
