Christine was amazing! First I messed up my time and came in 45 minutes early and thankfully she was able to take me right in. I’ve never got a spray tan before or stood completely naked in a tiny room with a stranger and she made it feel so comfortable and not awkward one bit. Lots of laughs and good conversation. The estheticians are good. The front desk manager is unprofessional. Cancellation fee when rescheduled for same week should be more flexible for good customers who have never had to cancel last minute before. For customers who have a good reason or emergency to cancel. For customers who booked the original appointment under 15 hours before.
