Not only is service efficient with excellent results, she has a great personality and can quickly make even the most nervous client (me) feel at ease. Prices are also lower than or comparable to the big chains in Cleveland, with a much better experience!

Jamese could not have made my first waxing experience any better! She is so professional, sweet, funny, and easy to talk to. She and I chatted throughout my whole wax and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease, there was no awkwardness whatsoever. I have super sensitive skin so I was worried about how my skin would react but when I explained that to her she told her all of her products are for sensitive skin MY RESULTS ARE AMAZING.
