They are very rude! I normally do not go to salons and have a personal nail tech. I went to get a soak off to avoid damaging my nails. I walked in they yelled (which is normal) what do you want- I mentioned soak off/take off she immediately said I don’t have time no.

VERY VERY rude staff. I arrived without an appointment (cause the door says they accept walk ins). I arrived and asked me in a rude way what I wanted and the color. I went to pick up the color, took around 15min for the nail tech to get ready. Then she asked me what I wanted, I went for a gel manicure but then changed my mind when she told me she does dip powder too. She got upset when I told her I preferred that, started talking in her native language, she never asked what shape I wanted and when I told her she got upset screaming I didn’t tell her “on time”. They don’t know anything about customer service… it’s a shame.

Horrible customer service. Nail tech provided a service that was not asked for and stated “it’s homecoming right” absolutely unacceptable. The service asked for should be the only thing that gets done no matter the occasion. To up charge because of something they chose to do and was not asked for is very unprofessional. Not to mention nothing was done to rectify the situation. They just stated all sales are final. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I will never go back. The manager was very rude. My toes looked horrible. My daughter got nails put on and the manager cut her. Her nails were so thick. She asked if she could fix them and she refused. Never never go there. Gel manicures, Pedicure

As a male going into a nail salon is rather intimidating, and what makes the experience best is when the staff greet you and you feel assured. That’s not what happened, I went into the store and asked about a pedicure. I was told it would be a minute, and then the laughing and grins started. I’m not fluent in other languages, but I know when someone is talking about me. I excused myself and walked out. Wouldn’t recommend this place based on the lackluster customer service experience. I cannot speak to the quality of their service or prices, but on atmosphere alone it a -1 star rating.

Critical: Quality, ValueI traveled from Texas and I have acrylic on all of my toes, I went to this shop for a fill and a pedicure.They were in such rush that they barely asked what I wanted and the one lady almost removed all of my toes. Then everyone in the shop came over to look at my toes as if no one has ever seen acrylic on toes. The lady who started my nails rushed and didn’t even realize a nail was missing so she proceeded to fill it and I didn’t even say anything because I was already frustrated. I told the lady who owned the shop and she offered to fix it but I declined because it was so bad. The lady cut me several times but she apologized. After the fill I could still see the fill line which means the set will not last long at all. I also got a pedicure which was short. My mother in law got a pedicure and hers took way longer than mines. My pedicure and fill took 30 minutes in total. Ive never had manicures from this place but I (along with my family) have gotten a few pedicures here and there and they are awesome! Friendly and fast, and they do a great job! I took my daughter and gram here yesterday (2/28/22), my daughter was too small to be able to sit back while having her feet in the water so the man that was working on her got her a big fluffy pillow so she would be comfortable which was very considerate and kind of him! He had also made sure to cool down the hot rags enough before putting them on her legs which I also thought was a really considerate and kind thing to do, so thank you!! Every other nail tech ive gotten was just as friendly and kind and have done great jobs on our feet! (ps, the delux package for 10$ more is DEFINITELY worth it).

Poor experience with checking in. Asked to choose color and when I was seated I asked for chrome on top and she got upset and told me I had already picked my color. The tech who did my nails was nice. I’m assuming the woman who communicated with me was the manager

Took forever. Someone came in about 10 mins after me and left 10 before me. The woman that helped me was so slow! She also kept scrubbing ABOVE my heel, like skin not callous. I even flinched from pain and let her know, eventually had to have her just stop. So now I still have callouses and raw skin above. Pedicure
