Genuinely the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. This used to be my go-to place but service has gone so downhill the last couple of years. Every time I went the work was absolutely horrendous and rushed. Every pedicure I got hurt and was rushed, and my dip sets chipped every single time. The employees are also rude and cannot accept when they’ve done something wrong. The last time I went I asked for an oval set with tips, the tech working on my nails insisted I didn’t need tips when I wanted my nails longer so they could be the oval shape, simply because she didn’t want to take the time during my appointment. She started working on my nails and I told her I didn’t like the way they looked and nicely asked her to put tips on. Apparently this made her mad, because she told me I was wasting her time and aggressively finished my nails. She drilled my nails and skin so badly my nail beds burned and I left the salon bleeding, I will simply never return to this salon or their location in Manchester. Save your time and money!!

I was SO impressed with my experience here. My sister had raved about it but I was nervous because of prior reviews. My experience was nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL. Cathy did a fantastic job and even added some nail art. It was my wedding weekend and I hoped for something that was fun but not over the top – they delivered on this and created a relaxing environment in the the process. Will be going back!!!

By appt. They were extremely busy, waited a little bit to be serviced for a Dip. The Manucurist was excellent, she listened to what I wanted and did a beautiful job. So very pleased and will definitely be going back.

Worst service ever! Bought a premium pedicure package that came with a hot stone massage. Stones were BURNING me. After I had the technician let them cool, she rubbed them so rapidly up and down my legs that it was anything but relaxing! Then she started grinding her thumbs into my ankle bones.

I asked for acrylic tips when I sat down, the manicurist agreed, and then I was ordered to pay in the middle of my services. I confirmed that the amount included the tips, and she said yes, and to go pay now. So I did, and left a generous tip, because I thought I understood that we were on the same page. I get back to the table and the manicurist immediately starts to paint my nails – no tips. She calls the manager over and he explains in the most patronizing way that I have to ask for tips to get them done because it’s extra. I explain that I asked twice, once when I sat down and once before I paid. He continues to gaslight me for the next five minutes until I feel humiliated for even asking for the services I requested. Not a bit of empathy whatsoever. The manicurist finishes my polish in less than five minutes (hey I already paid for it, and I’m clearly not getting a refund because I’m the stupid customer!), quickly picks up her things, and says that next time I come in to come to her. Not happening! I’m never coming back here again. What a scam.

I wish I could go back in time an hour and rethink coming here. I asked for a manicure and then I was asked for which kind. They got me interested in doing a dip, which I never had tried so I agreed. I was pointed to a basket overflowing with sample colors and told to pick one. I did. When I gave it to the technician she said it wasn’t a powder color and I had to compromise. So why wasn’t I shown what was available for that method to begin with?

Been going here for a while worse service ever I tripped the girls very very well. The owner told me that they could not do the design that I wanted because my nails were too short I view the reviews saw the nails other people had the same length as mine, and had the designs done charged for doing gel on my nails, walked out of there. They did not do gel on my nails, no polish what so ever not even a topcoat was charged me for it. Going back complaining I want some money back for that not pleased at all. I’m tired of it should be able to do what I would like done when I ask especially when they’ve done it for me before have a wedding to go to and now I have to find somewhere else to go. my nails are very soft and brittle now and easily to break or crack I will be going to the state about this and I hope they’re happy did the service they have provided to me because I’m not, and I will not recommend it to anybody again

This is my favorite nail salon!! They always do a great job, they’re usually always busy so I suggest making an appointment however they do do walk-ins. I’m always super happy with my nails when they’re done! They even have a rewards points program you can join. I used to rave about glossy nail but their service has really gone downhill. I have not been happy with the nail service I’ve recently received from them, and to find out cuticle cutting is extra money with a dip manicure I was disappointed. You’re more like a number to them now than a paying customer.
