If you’re wanting a bomb set of acrylic nails, go here!! This was my first experience with acrylic nails, but it went very smoothly and I got exactly (!!) what I wanted. The nail technician was very gentle and didn’t rush through my nail design. She paid attention to detail and gave me exactly what I had requested. The nails are the perfect shape and feel great. Definitely stop by glossy nails to get acrylics!

The ladies that works in there are very messy,they sit up and talk about you when they clearly mess up and you ask them to fix it!! They rush their work!! When filing your finger, they cut you by being nosy looking at everyone then acts if everything is okay!!! The place has really gotten ridiculous!! I came in on 10/10/22 to get a polish change and they tell me this particular worker isn’t there so I couldn’t get my nails done!!! Discrimination still exist!!! Glossy Nails in Hernando Very Rude

I usually go here for my gel manicure and pedicure, never really had a problem until today. As I was reading the other reviews people are speaking on the older lady that dont know what she is doing have nasty attitude, and very rude. That’s exactly what I experienced today. Clearly she didn’t understand what I was asking her, then when I had to correct her she got mad and snatched the thing from between my toes. All of the employees were laughing and talking amongst each other, even called someone and talked to them on speakerphone, which I think is so rude for an employee to do. Usually the owner is there but she wasnt there today and I had the worst experience. The fact that their services are not cheap, it would b nice to get what you pay for and get it with a smile.

I’ve been going to glossy nails for a year or so but the service has progressively gotten worse. They are often rude and not very attentive to your requests. Today I went in for a mani/pedi and I have never been in so much pain while getting a pedicure. I’m paying for a relaxing service and to be almost in tears is not it. Now being home for the night it hurts to walk from the damage done to my cuticles and nail bed. They also appear to be infected. I will never go back here again.

Horrible service… I went in with a friend to get pedicures and other services. We were rushed to choose a color, sat in chair and before the tub filled up half way with water our pedicure began… She was rude and forceful. She shaped each toe nail different and when time to paint she painted on my cuticles and again made each mail different sizes.. when brought to her attention she got upset and didn’t want to fix it but my toes were spotty. She moved me to the drying station and then came over to add another coat to one toe! I asked her to add polish to other toes and again she was upset.
