This use to be the beat place in Jackson to get a pedicure now it’s a disaster. They have started hiring these people that does a terrible job you ask for one person to do your pedicure you get someone else who doesn’t know what he’s doing. Never will I visit here again. I paid $100 for a pedicure, acrylic full set with both gel polish., to have both my nails and toes look a week old. The manager/owner was very rude to me after explaining to her that I had no issue paying for my services…but I expect it to be done correctly. It’s important to make sure your customers nails are neat and clean especially if they are paying for services. The nails aren’t the issue the CUSTOMER SERVICE is the problem. I guess they are used to ppl being rude to them first , so automatically they are rude to you. They will forever run away good customers.

I went here today with family and 3 of us received pedicures that were terrible. They were done as quickly as possible and most of the nail polish ended up on our toes and not on the nails. Personally almost half of every nail is missing nail polish and yet there was nail polish all over the ends of my toes. My grandmother had her feet sanded raw and noticed her foot was bloody when we got home. Not to mention it cost $140 for 3 standard pedicures and one gel manicure which is pretty outrageous considering the quality.

This place is a joke,took my grand daughter for her bday,got nails painted was totally dry when we left .2 hrs later her polish is chipping off! And we only went to mall and hr drive home..Rediculous!!.very cheep polish.,if I didn’t live so far they would be giving my money back!..
