Went last Saturday for a simple manicure. Greeted nicely then told to sit. Guy came over and had an attitude from the get go. Kept trying to upsell me to do gels. Said mani would only last a few days. Told him I wasn’t interested. Then he opens up the polish and gets upset that it’s thick and unusable. Starts yelling and threw bottle once he got up. Threw another selection of colors at me and I picked one and asked if it was sheer or more opaque. He said how do I know. Got the bottle; same thing happened. He’s really annoyed now and gives me another card of colors. So I pick again. This polish is ok in bottle -on my nails, another story. His paint job was horrible. A child could have done better. I didn’t say anything. He also got upset when I asked for a nail strengthener in the beginning and he wasn’t happy. A nice young gal brought it over. At the end he points to dryer so off I went. Critical: QualitySalon is clean and the staff are friendly. However, the gel manicure I got yesterday was very popr quality. Hard to explain but basically the color has washed or bleached out. My nails are beige with many pits and imperfections. Not cheap either $38. Won’t be back.Service: Manicure

I’m really disappointed that I have to put this review up, I think the salon is clean and the girls who work there are friendly, the prices are high though and also in the middle of a mani/pedi that I was getting from a girl that I liked they pulled her to another client for a fill and gave me another girl who I don’t care for her work too much and I just feel like that’s really unprofessional. I won’t be back. You need to show clients respect if you want them to keep coming back.

I always go here and they always do an amazing job. I got my nails done here for prom and they were gorgeous. I came here and asked if the guy doing my nails could do a design he said no and that another girl could do them for me. I said okay and then he started doing the design anyways. While doing my nails he said the design was difficult and yes, they are a little hard to do but if he couldn’t do it he could’ve had someone else do them and it wouldn’t be a problem. The lines are thick and smeared and overall just very messy. If he couldn’t do the design he shouldn’t have tried. Now i have ugly nails and need to go to another salon to get them fixed.

The salon doesn’t use Essie or opi products. Although they are very clean and provide decent pedicures, there manicures if not gel are not worth the money. The salon smells like acrylic which takes away from the spa feel. Moreover there is a religious altar of some sort upon walking in that may be somewhat offensive to clients.

WOW! The last time I had a mani/pedi this nice it was in the $200 range. Nina was very friendly (very soft spoken), and did an amazing job. She was very thorough with the massaging and scrubbing. My feet are so smooth and soft. I love that she got the nail polish all the way to the edge without actually touching skin.
