I have been going to this nail salon for years, and they always do a wonderful job. Everyone is always friendly, and tried to get you in and working on you asap. Even without an appointment. I recommend having an appointment if you have a particular person you like doing your nails, to make it easier. But they are wonderful, and do a great job!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Glossy Nail Spa this afternoon! If you’ve never been, they have it set up like an assembly line where your nails are worked on by numerous attendants. I love the experience Glossy Nails provides. All the technicians are so nice! I always get the Deluxe Pedicure #3 with hot stones. It is amazingly relaxing. Techs take their time and give you their full attention. Definitely worth it!

Had a poor experience here today. Amanda did not do a good job at all. She even stepped on my foot at the manicure table after my pedicure which meant it took even longer. Nails are poorly shaped and smoothed, and cuticles were bleeding. Amanda also likes to lecture her clients which is rude. I love this salon, but would not recommend Amanda to anyone.

Specifically called for an appointment so I could have two pedicures done at the same time. Double checked while booking that we would be done together. Get there and although we were seated together only one technician worked on us, one at a time. My water got cold. Pedicure itself was fine but very disappointed that we were not done at the same time

Forget about making an appointment. They’ll see you when they can. Service received was terrible. They were in a hurry even after we waited and hour for our manis and pedis. Cuticles were not cleaned nor did my nail tech bother to clean up polish that ended up on my cuticles and outside the nails. I had three different people work on me — that’s how long we waited for.
