Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy first time in a nail salon in 6 months… wow!! Everything was clean and spaced out, plastic barriers on the pedicure seats and manicure tables! I called at noon for an appointment later in the day and they were able to fit me in at 5:30. At my appointment I met Jenny and the lovely girls at Glossy. Jenny took care of my acrylic set and WOW!! I am in love!! I should have known I was in good hands when I saw Jenny’s nails on herself, they’re fabulous! I showed some pictures of what I was going for but wow Jenny really listened to every detail I said because these are exactly how I envisioned them them in my head. These are not $45 nails… you do get what you pay for!! The quality is amazing and if you’re getting any bling and/or long nails, it’ll be a little extra (as expected). My first time in a nail salon in 6 months… wow!! Everything was clean and spaced out, plastic barriers on the pedicure seats and manicure tables! I called at noon for an appointment later in the day and they were able to fit me in at 5:30. At my appointment I met Jenny and the lovely girls at Glossy. Jenny took care of my acrylic set and WOW!! This place has sadly tanked in both quality and customer service since the pandemic. I’ve gone three times since things opened up again, and two of those times I’ve left after over an hour+ without actually having the service I went in for because they kept me waiting for so long and were so horrible with customer service. They also don’t post their prices anywhere which is super shady and told me “our regulars know what we charge.” The picture is my cuticles AFTER a woman butchered them for over half an hour. Do not recommend.

I’ve been bringing my mom here for a few years now. Sometimes I get a manicure and a pedicure while I’m waiting for her. The team is friendly and courteous. It always looks clean. One thing I have never liked about coming here is that they don’t respect your appointment time there’s always like a 20 to 30 even 45 minute wait after your appointment so I feel like there’s no point in making an appointment. Make sure you don’t have anything time sensitive that day maybe come get your Mani Pedi after work.

The only came in to waste some time. I got a pedicure and overall it was not the best experience. They were really disorganized, the lady that was giving me the pedicure was nice but was really rough and hurt me a few times. She went off to work on someone else and a different person painted my nails – she did it really quickly and didn’t do the best job. When a third lady went to put my top coat on I pointed out the not nice polish job and she told me she wouldn’t be able to fix it. Still charged 35$ 🙁

Terrible place! Not transparent with their pricing. It’s not posted anywhere, except online, which they claimed was not accurate and insisted on charging me more. They charged 40 for a gel manicure and 40 for a basic pedicure.

Apparently i misunderstood what the owner was saying because i thought it was supposed to be 10 dollars. I have tried this place twice, and I likely won’t be back. While the salon felt quite clean to me the first time I went, the second time I did see a cockroach come out of the pedicure chair next to me, crawl around on the chair, and go back in. I am scared of them, and told my nail technician who just kind of laughed it off. My nails were half done so I stayed to finish the pedicure but I was obviously quite stressed out that it would crawl to my chair. The price is quite high compared to other places in the area, and the quality of my nails both times has been fine, but not stellar. I debated leaving this review, but I was so surprised that nobody seemed to care about the bug situation despute being alerted that I felt it necessary.

We don’t have anytime for ourselves and our schedules are always different. The one time I had time to pamper myself I get greatly disappointed! I called to schedule an appointment but they told me they didn’t have available times in the morning. I said that’s fine I’ll just call another place. But then I received a call back and they tell me someone cancelled and they had availability at 10:30am, which was perfect for me since I had to be back home with my little ones by 12noon. I get there and the receptionist was already acting awkward and making phone calls like something was wrong. She sits me down and gives me nail polish swatches to pick from. Then a couple minutes later tells me that no one is available to do my nails until an hour later! Keep in mind my time is limited and I didn’t mention this but I wanted to have my nails done for a special event coming up and today was my only chance. This is very unprofessional to say the least. I will never come here again. I wanted to share my experience so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I had a horrible experience with this business, I almost wanted to cry! I’m a mother of two toddlers and my husband and I both work full time and have pretty busy schedules.
